As co-leader of RSM’s sustainability services solution practice, Anthony helps clients understand the environmental and socioeconomic impacts of their strategies, 项目和投资. Anthony has more than 16 years of experience providing assurance and advisory services to clients, primarily working with private equity funds. Through his participation in the inaugural class of RSM’s prestigious industry eminence program, Anthony worked alongside the firm’s chief economist and other eminent participants to understand the macroeconomic trends affecting the 金融服务 industry. In his focused study of asset management, he became interested in the growing field of 环境、社会和治理 and discovered a passion for helping companies drive positive societal change. Creating impact is what drives Anthony both inside and outside the firm. He celebrates clients’ success and is deeply invested in training and developing the next generation of RSM professionals to lead with an industry-first mindset. Anthony has been involved in RSM’s culture, diversity and inclusion and environmental strategy since its inception. He previously led the firm’s Family First employee network group, focusing his efforts on elevating the roles and responsibilities of working parents. As the father of four young children, he has championed RSM’s progressive policies in employee practices and programs, such as the firm’s generous flexibility and care policies and procedures.
Anthony credits his first job working for his family business, a custom Formica cabinetry business located in the Bronx, 纽约, for instilling in him the values of hard work and client service excellence.
